Numbers for the week: class 025 has 679 newly registered trademarks, 448 previously registered marks were cancelled, and 189 applications were abandoned before they made it across the finish line.
Note: The marks in part 1 are now fully registered and active! These lists are compiled from the Trademark Official Gazette, which publishes lists of the newest registered marks every week. (Some of these are legitimate brand names! I’ve included them on this list because those brand names are also words or phrases that may be used on the goods in question by crafters and makers.)
PART 1: NEW REGISTRATIONS (PRINCIPAL REGISTER)
“SQUEEZE THE DAY!” – Quotation marks are part of the mark.

EXERCISE YOUR FAITH – I was hoping for a specimen with, like, weightlifting Jesus. But nah, it’s nowhere near that cool.
GOT GEEK? – They’re still parodying GOT MILK, 30 years later.
I GOD THIS – This week feels religion-heavy compared to most.
IT’S A PLANNER THING
LIVE FAST DIE LAST – An interesting remix of the whole “live fast die young” concept!
ME TIME – I’m semi-retired. All time is me time these days.
MEET YOUR MATCH
NEVER LET GO – OK, this specimen might be one of the worst I’ve ever seen.
OLD BRO – Can’t decide if he would be more or less insufferable than a young bro.
PROUD TO BE ME
REPROBATE – Adjective: morally corrupt, foreordained to damnation.
RV NERD
SINGLE MAMA WITH NO DRAMA – The “no drama” people are often the most drama-filled.
SUPERLIFE

PART 1-C: OLDER REGISTERED MARKS I DISCOVERED THIS WEEK
I didn’t find any this week, huzzah!
PART 1-D: SOME ILLUSTRATED MARKS OF THE WEEK
Today is a study in stylized letters. We have B, F, H, V, and another V. (Although technically that H is “HPC,” but it’s hard to tease out the P and C in the design.) You can see a vast difference in the quality of the images uploaded to the USPTO; that first V is a JPG file that’s just over 100×100 pixels, so of course it looks jagged as hell. The B image is fairly tiny as well. (I keep thinking that last V is from The Voice, but it isn’t; I think it’s a racing gear company.)

People often ask, “How can a single letter be a trademark?” Well, this is the most common way. I just did a quick search, and in class 025, there are currently 657 active/registered marks where the only text is the letter A. 561 for the letter B. 449 for C. And so on, and so forth.
QUIZ: which letter has the most trademarks? The answer is below. (Hint: it’s not A, B, or C.)
PART 2: CANCELLED MARKS
(Standard disclaimer: Always double-check these words and phrases before using them in your designs, to make sure there isn’t a separate registration that is still live and active. Some marks have multiple registrations!)

PART 3: ABANDONED APPLICATIONS! 🎉
Here are the applications that were abandoned this week in class 025, with mark drawing code 4. The most likely cause was the applicant not submitting corrected, updated, or informative material by the USPTO’s deadline. Ding, dong, these witches are dead! 🪦

Quiz answer: The most-registered single letter in class 025 is M, with 727 currently active/registered trademarks.
[sic] = A spelling, spacing, grammar, or punctuation error is part of the mark, not a typo from my butterfingers.
[removed from spreadsheet] = The cancelled item had been on my spreadsheet of marks, and has now been removed.
